Yes, it cost a lot of mana, and the dps isn't better. Tried the 1st bosses in MSV with and without multidot. Even did more dps without multidot and no mana problems at all. You can test it out if you don't believe it. Do the 1st bosses in MSV and multi dot manual. Look at your dps.
Multi dot si not a dps loss at all or a mana drain if you a using vt on another target. Just to be sure I did some testing after reading this on target dummys over several 5 min tries on single target and multi target. Single target was 75k on average multi target was 103k on average with 98% mana at the end.

Thats understandable, but im thinking about questing cause when you pull under the amount required for mind sear.
using latest build, having power infusion set to use only on bosses, still uses it on fights with normal mobs. everythign else in that section of checkboxes turns on and off correctly except that one. thanks

hey man really great cc, just one question. Is it possible to fix a "range override" like singular have? My range setting in HB drops to 0-5y sometimes making it difficult for the bot to fight when questing. I think it has to do with Kick's profiles or something and I know that some CC's got this "range override" implemented to get around it. Would be awesome if it's possible to get it here too.
Will look at it. I don't know why a questing profile has to override our settings. They give us the possibilty to set our preferences, then a developper want we use his settings. In some cases it's usefull (turning in quests). But then afterwards they should use our settings again. What I do, with notepad+ I open the quest profile i use and I do a replace Pulldistance = "25" by Pulldistance = "35". I take 35, so the bot don't advance step by step if the target moves. Another annoying thing is the sell and mail settings. The bot goes also 1st of all to the vendor, afterwards to the mailbox. I don't want to sell my green and blue items. I don't want to sell my white items also. So I change profile to only sell grey stuff, keep white items and mail green, blue and purple items to alt. Mailing white items isn't good, because you want to do something with your profession and you find out he mailed for example your Jeweler Kit. With the force mail options shipped with HB, he will mail cloth, ores, herbs ....
I noticed while raiding a few things. when the bot casts devouring plague it should be casting mind flay insanity right away, but sometimes it will cast vt or swp then do mind flay insanity loosing a lot of the 8 seconds you get. It will only cast 2 mind flay insanity instead of the 3 it should be getting because it is not slightly clipping the first 2 to allow cast time for the 3rd inside the 8 seconds of dp. What I would like to see it do is when a dp is ready to cast check the time left on swp and vt if not enough time is left on either then recast as needed, cast dp and go right into mind flay insanity clipping half a second of the first 2 to allow for the 3rd cast. on Durumu the Forgotten there seems to be range issues you have to stand quiet close to the boss about 20 yards maybe more to get the bot to attack, not sure if this is a cr or bot issue but it's really bad esp during the maze phase if a guild uses the outer ring to run around. I have noticed it is very hard to get a cast of for dispel, void shift, leap of faith ect meaning the bot has to be paused in order to cast this is not a issue in it's self but the bot fails to pause in a timely manner some times meaning the raid will be taking extra ticks or someone dies that could have been saved is there a way to add a logic the way tuanha has that it will interrupt all casting and allow these to be cast? Bty I like this cr it just need some tinkering

dunno what changed in build 69, but it won't cast Mind Flay, if DP is on a target. It'll cast MF normally, but not insanity.
