won't mount?

hi so i have been using bg buddy for a few days now and it won't mount on both pc's i tried fresh restall and all that but still nothing, hopefully someone here has some insite for me something that i have skipped over.

 

Please attach your log.. It could be so many different problems...

 

sorry i'm pretty new at honorbuddy how is it that i can attach a log where can i find this?

To repair,

Honorbuddy
-> Settings & Tools
-> Fill in appropriate values for mounts​
