      let say i have 45 hunter with other raf 45 druid and we did dungeon tgt
      and i tried to grant level by making level 1 paladin so that i can make him around 20~23
      but it does not work i can you tell me how it works?

      You must be in a group together and I think standing next to each other. Use the drop down menu under the pallys name to grant the lvl.

      You have to level together, then he has to stand next to you, AND ONLY the RECRUITET ACCOUNT, can grant levels.

      You can only grant levels from your recruited account to your "veteran" account. Not the other way around.

      Also its a huge waste of time to grant levels to a level 1 when it only takes an hour for it to ding 10.
      The most efficient use of RAF is to use the ladder system to grant levels.
