My bot joined a Battleground and then left before it ended or something.. Wtf? The last line on my debug log is: Activity: Waiting for 'Deserter' to expire Did someone boot me for AFKing? Doesn't the bot do something about that? Using stock Arathi Basin profile.
Enough people reported you and you got kicked from the battleground, getting the Deserter debuff to make you unable to join another bg for 15 minutes.
This almost never happens unless your using a bugged or badly configured CC. Has only happened to me once (while I was using shitty Mimic, lol my newbie botting days). Shouldn't be that big of a deal unless they ACTUALLY report you.
When setup correct, HB is very good PvP botting.... I docome in first for deaths most games however I tend to get 10+ KBs and I'm in the top half of my faction for damage, never been called a bot by my team ever and I'm almost at 100k HKs. I have however been "lol'd" at by the opposing faction a many times for running solo into a pack of 10+...... /facepalm
I'm using the stock CC. Is that not good? I've monitored the bot in PVP several times. The biggest giveaway is that it won't get on a mount. Is there a plugin that forces it to get on a mount?
My bot uses mount fine in BG's. As for being kicked, I've seen myself be kicked a couple of times. Tends to happen when your side is losing and 'you' aren't following instructions. See things in chat like 'OMG x is a complete moron, he keeps attacking stables when we are defending' or 'what part of all defend flag room don't you understand you noob' followed quickly by 'report the loser AFK'. As for what CC, I don't really see this making much of a difference. Do you really watch what spells other players on your side are casting during PvP? I don't. I may look at damage / healing tables but even if someone is low could just mean he is defending a base and hasn't seen any action. If you die a lot could mean that you are using PvE gear or low level gear before 80. The biggest giveaway is continually not following instructions.
Do you have "use mount" checked under General Settings? If so and it doesnt mount, make sure you typed your mount name correctly (yes people mistype it all the time). If both those are done, then find a new CC. I have been kicked from BGs a few times myself this week alone. The time I saw was because my bot was doing as its suppose to... run all over the damn place. We were almost losing and people wernt happy I kept running straight at the enemy.
Yes. The option to use ground mount to farm is checked. I forgot to write the mount name though. Thanks very much.
