Selecting first reward as the QuestCache seems messed up

Hi i am havingn this problem, and have had the problem for quite some time. THis is my first char i ever have this problem on.
i see others with the problem but no fix.

Every time it completes a quest it takes first reward, and not the best item.

Im a Blood DK running kicks profiles, and havnt had problems with them before (havnt used them since 5.2 update.)

Atm its running in Valley of 4 winds lvl 86, and was in jade as 85.
