If it has been a while since you updated it, you could try that. Otherwise, you should probably post your issue in the official ProfessionBuddy thread.
Ninja patch? Otherwise you just gave one of the most vague description of a problem I have ever seen. Please explain what it says, what you are doing when you load a profile, give us logs, etc.
Vague tyrael is vague.... I was using it yesterday and it ran perfect. Perhaps check to make sure the folder is still in \Bots? Also make sure you use SVN to update it.
