Bought Key, havent received it.

So basically I bought a 1 session key an hour ago.
But I haven't received a key..

Just wanted to ask wether that's normal?

 

You should normally recieve it instantly, and even tho the receipt arrives in your inbox, the key is sent seperately. Checked your spamfilter?
