BGBuddy wont attack

So I have been using BGBuddy for a bit now and most of the time my character just runs up to the player and stands on them. Sometimes staying mounted, sometimes not. I have the latest HB and am using default routines.

Here you go. I cleared the logs for a fresh one and its the beginning of an Isle of Conquest.

Hey ya I'm getting the same issues, a temp fix I've noticed is to open your class config and just save and close. For me this immediately gets the bot back on business as usual but it only stays like that for the one BG, as soon as that one is over and he moves on to the next BG hes back to following targets around on his mount.

Anyone have any ideas?

 

I have the exact issue as well.

 

I'll offer two things to try, since no logs are being provided...

First,
Do a clean install of Honorbuddy. This means new directory, install no additional addons or Combat Routines, do not copy anything from your previous installation.


If that fails,
change your combat routine to CLU or Pure Rotation.


If you want help beyond this, please open your own thread (even if your problem looks identical to someone else's), and attach the full log that demonstrates the problem.

If neither of these works, I'm out of ideas and will have to let another of the Support team help you. I don't PvP, because the idea of being banned doesn't appeal to me.

and how would one go about switching their combat routine as you suggested?

 

I did a fresh install and it seems to be working.
