      I get this message since today. nothing changed and idk whats wrong now. i am running win8, running wow and hb as admin and wow in windowed mode. i need help.

      make sure you are running both Hb and wow as admin


      also clear your settings folder and keep wow in dx9

      Ty tony, but i still have this crash when i start HB. i checked all what you told me again and its still not working :confused:

      I did a new installation already. you told me to use dx9 but since i run win8 dont i have to use dx11? ty for your help. maybe i need to use your teamviewer helpline :)

      nope,you can use dx9 on win 8 as well

      the log above is from dx9?

      any antivirus/firewall enabled?

      idk how i fixed it. i changed nothing since my last chrash. i am thinking it was maybe that my latency was very high and i had to call my provider to check my cable. now since i dont have any lag issues anymore i works fine again. Ty for your help Tony and great jobs what you are doin
