Absolute fastest way to level a character?

Besides from RAFing, which way is fastest?

From Lvl 80 - 90.

Right now I'm mixing Questing with BGBuddy, is that smart?

 

bg buddy bad questing is ok

 

bgbuddy is only beneficial when its AV weekend and you amount a tonne of xp from winning and from loosing other wise its useless downtime;

Maybe do 1 a day manually to get the win, like i tend to do from 87-90, the 1mil win xp bonus is lush

 

But questing is so buggy.

 

But its still pretty fast compared to grinding, so really are you after the fastest option or the most AFK option?

 

7 lvl 90's using questing profiles, yea it doesnt always run smooth and cant really go afk too long but its getting there. safest way to lvl imo and fast enough for me.

 

What I tend to do is either quest myself or babysit questingbuddy (when watching movie, homework or w/e). I fill in the gaps (dinner, walking my dogs etc. etc.) using good grindprofiles.

 

I'm surprised no one has mentioned RAF leveling. Although you can only do it to 80, RAF leveling can get 3-4 accounts leveled up to 80 in literally 24 hours. Then after that its to the normal means.

Questing (albeit buggy) is pretty quick because of the quest rewards.
Grinding (not very safe) is a somewhat quick way of leveling up. This is usually the most bug/stuck-free way of leveling up, but to be safe needing to rotate profiles/grinding areas every hour or two.

I'm kind of over-cautious when it comes to botting, but its served me well so far.

P.S. The 5$ battlechests are great way of starting RAF accounts. I bought like 20 battlechests when the big sale was going on, all in boxes at local stores matching the prices. No CC trail for bliz! Never know

 

When and what profiles?

 

I would ask for the safest and not the fastest

 

safest is def questing, but yea as said before theres alot of bottlenecking at 88-90 with manual quests and interactive quests that bugs out, so usually have to find grind profiles which is baad :S

 

Get to 88, then just park in a city, till you have fully rested xp, than just bang it out quick with quests.

Leveled up 5chars to 90 and questing + lazyraider dungeons is the best thing imo.

 

Kinda thought putting "besides from RAFing" as he stated 80-90, although as a quick aside with RAF you should be able to get the main RAF account toons to 99% of level 81 due to the way you can grant levels.
Not that it really saves a huge bundle of time these days with cata xp being made fast but its still a good couple hours give or take saved.
