I was suspended for 72 hours yesterday while using kicks. The reasoning behind this was because of usual amount kills and activity. Power leveling in a no life WoW addicted nerdy 12/7 manor will result in a ban. Pure questing will not. The reason behind the banning was also not because of questing. It was because AFTER i reached the set level for the XML's my character started grinding birds. I ended up with 2000 light feathers. The grinding was the reason behind the ban, apparently powerleveling too fast in the manor I was is illegal. Kicks profile is not track-able for if it was the reason behind the banning would be more explicit towards 3rd party programs. Clarification for everyone.
Can?t confirm that... used kicks profiles WITHOUT "grinding between hotspots"... after 1 h got banned!
I wish people would stop acting like theres one thing you can do taht trips the trigger and gets you banned. Player reports, node gathering, kills per hour, time logged, Im sure all of this stuff can be tracked and depending on GMdiligence/amount of resources blizzard dedicates to bots on a given day all have a huge impact on bans. Theres simply no do xxx get banned, its not a simple formula but a combination of doing things blizzard can see, doing things other players can see and simple luck.
