      Hey there, just added another auth to my account, wondering how long it takes to show up. I also have two unanswered tickets in the system if you could please take a look at them.

      I grow tired of waiting for my key, the key which was paid for over three hours ago.

      have you checked your buddyauth account to see if the other key is added?
      did you just buy a single key? or an upgrade?

      turn around time for e-mails is 72 hours, because each one has to be answered and fixed manually by a human being it takes time.

      I checked it, It was a new key - still not there.

      then unfortunately your going to have to wait for a response back from support since i dont have access to those systems.
