When you get banned because of a bot, they normally tell you the character name. I don't think you got banned by the bot, but I think you got banned by an action of your character flying around off the map ect.
they did tell him the character name.. he just didnt put the actual toons name. Grinding is so convenient, but soooo dangerous. unfortunate. Sorry for your loss bro.
