Using 1.7, with a REALLY shit geared prot Pally. Working fine, slow going in terms of DPS, but Self heals are insane, i wacked it in party mode with a mage alt, pulls the odd big one every now and then (mainly the mage running to leader.) but other then that im 1/3rd on my way to the mount after 2 days. Also got two eggs, go team!
This profile is unplayable for hunters... I died like 11 times in 30 minutes (2x pulls, 3x pulls pulling big dinos...). Additionally character is attacking dinomancers all the time.... it's pure time wasting... they drops 1-2 bones (killing them takes years healing etc etc)... 0/5
I use v1.7 with a BM Hunter - 481 I kill 50-60 mobs per hour = 400 - 480 bones per hour * a little problem with the mounts, and I died at the tripple spawn very nice work, tanks!
Glad to hear this is going well for some However at the same time gutted it doesnt work so well for others Seems to me like different people are having different problems, maybe something to do with different bots taking different routes? Some have complained in the past about the bot getting stuck on the giant bones lying on the ground, yet most others don't have this problem, myself included. And as for double and triple spawns/pulls, this can happen due to randomness of when the dino's spawn and there really isnt a huge amount i can do about it to be honest. Ive tried to minimize deaths as much as i can but unfortunately there is only so much i can do If your running the profile for hours its quite possible that at some point you will get a double pull due to randomness, and this profile has been built around a blood dk with the whole island to himself. If others are about this can affect the order that they spawn and making it more likely you will get a random double or triple pull, i cannot compensate for this as for the post that mentioned the bot pulling the little zandalari guys, the profile shouldnt even be getting near them to pull them, maybe try knocking the pull distance down in your settings? And as for the mount issue, ive noticed the bot does this in other areas aswell, not just on this island. for example ive been using my lvl 90 mage who has flying to complete quests in jade forest towards the loremaster title. However when the bot is set to be mounted he uses a flying mount but runs on it rather than fly's. Simalar problem to what we have on the island and its deffo a problem on hb side. Maybe ground mount farming option is broken?? Anyways good luck with your grinds and hope to see you all joining me on white raptors very soon
tested with a 501 blood DK, ran it for a few hours, had about 1 death/hour and ended up with 2k bones after a 6 hour farm. Solid profile, keep up the good work
For some reason I load up this profile (both v.1.6 and 1.7) and my toon just sits there and does not move. He will attack and kill dinos if they are in his pull range but he will not path at all. It just says loading tiles on honor buddy. It uses other grinding profiles fine.
Nice Shanemage Realy good profile i got my mount in less than 48 hours but i wasnt grinding all the time was grinding like from 6 am to 12 am than from 9 pm to 12 pm for 2 days or even LESS!! Got Egg which will hatch into another mount ... REP Up Feral Druid ( Cat DPS)
Which CC are you using? Singular works well. Was curious if there was something better and more effecient?
Hi I tested 1.6 without SupremeTargets, and i must say, using singular my bot did some strange stuff. e.g. stopping now and then, facing dead targets... it was pain. using SupremeTargets fixed that issue; all i can do i suggest to use the plugin, its working fine imo my bm hunter farms, farms, farms. No problems, now and then a death, well hey. thats cool. but please don't get me wrong, the profile still has flaws imo. It's far too static. here is my "ex-private" farming profile, a little edited cause inspired by you (route is almost equal, although mine has a "twist" )
I've been using version 1.6 and 1.7 the last week or so. Arms warrior 503 item level. Second Wind keeps me alive as long as only one dino gets pulled at a time. I Str flask before starting a grind session and stock up on the +200 Crit food from the walrus vendor on an island to the southwest. I like to keep 100 food and 100 health pots in my bag. The bot will eat after every pull and pot frequently as well, although Second Wind seems to be able to out heal a single dino without a chance of death regardless of your health when you pull. I would not recommend running this un-monitored for long periods as it will periodically pull big dinos and/or pull two small dinos at once, both of which mean death. Often it will then run back and pull two dinos or big dinos again. It works but ya I'd just run it while you are watching TV/movies and can keep an eye on the screen. Still better than grinding manually.
so good news, i managed to grind 2000 bones with this profile as a 517 ilvl ele shammy. The bad news, after i checked in on my bot at 12:15 am i was then banned 45 minutes later. Good profile work though Shane.
3 day or permanent? I am monitoring it fairly closely and switch to manual if any other people show up on the island. Luckily I am on a lower pop server so I don't see too many come up.
Was a perma ban. When I checked on my account before i got banned had no whispers, no one else was in the area, no following so im not quite sure. I'm going to write bliz tomorrow see what I can come up with.
pls help! how can i run 2 bots with this profile? i got one tank and a healer! the tank works perfect but i want the healer just to follow and heal? can i somehow make that?
When i try to run this under questbot, i just get a ton of errors and it stops. I've attached the error log.
