You have received an email with more info on this subject. The ban where removed and instead a suspension where added on this account will end after 2013-04-29 17:24 and you may log in again at that time. If further terms of use are broken by the use of cheats, we may ban this account permanently. Regards It seems there is definately something going on. Something weird. I cant remember blizzard going on a crazy banning spree, even towards medium botters like myself. Reverting a permanent ban ? That's even weirder, back in the day when glider got accounts banned, it was nearly impossible to get your account unbanned. Ah, well, i'm happy i'm getting it back in 3 days, i'm gonna lay low for a week and wait for news.
You are lucky for receiving a suspension especially for a SoR Btw avoid to post exact date/hour otherwise you may lose the anonymity of your account
He used normal, paid account. And even if one gets reduced penalty, like 72hrs ban on SoR, check your mails several hours later after the ticket, because they will check it again, and will require identification.

We would not look to enter into any further communications on this issue as the matter is now considered closed.
