I will not write exactly what I wrote to PayPal, but it's a good idea to write that you have not received what you paid for, ie; a functional acc. you can play on. There was nothing "special" in what I wrote, so just use your imagination I think that everyone should take advantage of PayPal as they offer this "service"! It should however be said that there is a guarantee of satisfaction in my country, if you have bought something you are unhappy with, there is full refund in 14 days as long as the item is delivered back in the same amount. However, it is easier with PayPal because Blizzard do not care about my country's laws.
i just write, item not as described, i paid for 30 days and was only able to use xx days..blizzard responds with generic TOS first time, then you escalate to paypal review they wont respond. i get all my game time back on bans..good luck!
