6 year old account got banned. Need advise. I also don't understand the mail i got.

This is my main account.
I've been online most of the day today, so I answered every whisper.
I've played arena today, done professions, Ah'ed ect, and I botted for 1 hour.
Now I'm permaed.

The guy that writes unban letters is not doing it atm, so i need some help.

4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname:

Anti drown, auto equip, talented 2 ect. The ones that comes with honorbuddy.
6)How many hours per day did you bot for?:
1 hour

7)How many auctions per day did you have?:
Many, but they were unrelated to the botting.

8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods?
No
9)Was your account involved in gold selling?
yes, but didnt get banned for that.

10)EU or US realm?
EU

11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account?
Actual paid account for 6 years.

I should note that app. 15 mins before this happened, I bought 2 sor accounts, which I payed via my GB.
Don't think that has anything to do with it though, since I don't think Blizz are that fast.

 

Gatherbuddy has been receiving a major stomp in the face the last 1-2 weeks, so better be safe than sorry.

Ducks Double zone is a public profile. Bot trains could be formed and it's likely that someone reported you.

Try to appeal the ban, just write something like I don't know what i've been banned for or something like that. You will most likely receive a 72 hour ban instead of a perma ban and you will never bot on this account again

 

I'm considering owning up to the botting.
It feels like that if I deny it and they KNOW I've dont it, I'll get nowhere.

Apparently I got 72 hour banned for botting in march (didn't know that, much have been away), which is now why I'm permaed.
They also wrote to me that they consider this to be closed, in a response to a ticket where I asked to get a explanation for the banning, since i didnt recieve a email.

it's gone. if you really care about your mounts/pets/achieves, just add another wow to the battlenet and level to 90

 

That kind of emails point, you are banned not auto by script, but from real GMs, who monitored your bots actions, and witnessed it before the penalty.
There is several zones, popular by the botters, which are targeted by GMs sometimes (I am not sure, just my thoughts), and they operate in them, picking random gathering character etc. You got victim of such, at least I dont see any better theory!

Yup it's gone.
I don't actually care about the account - or I wouldn't have botted on it.

What I do care about is the fact that there is maybe 10k usd worth of gold and mats on it.
I will get some of it back when my chars on other accounts will be promoted GM of this accounts guilds, but thats probably like 30% of the total amount.

The dude I talked to said that I had already been manually investigated by a GM, who said that there was no redeeming elements to be found, so he basically told me that it was a goner before I could even say anything.

He was, however not a GM.
Will I be able to do anything more, if I talk to an actual GM?
And can I do that by live chat?
