Hey there, I've used my key for quite a while now with no trouble. I recently logged back into honorbuddy and noticed that my diablo key is still active whereas my wow key is not showing up and is saying it is in use with the "max sessions" error. I know for a fact that the username I am using now is the same as before and that the email I used was the email I used when purchasing the key. If anymore information is needed, I'd be happy to supply it. Like I said before, I haven't been active in a while (few months) and I was starting back up with the bot-life and my key decided to take a shit on me. Happy days!

That's exactly what I am saying. Don't mean to belittle you at all but I know for a fact that there's only been one email I've ever registered any keys with. If you need email proof I'd be glad to provide it. I got old logs on some of my older clients as well if that'll help. EDIT: I did have an email that relates to my username as well that is registered on buddyauth, however that email has not contained keys in it to my knowledge. I MAY have previously bought daily keys on it but they don't show up and nor does any other key for that matter. It's only my WoW key. My Diablo key is still useable and seeable.
just send an e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com let them know whats going on, if you have a transaction id / order number for your honorbuddy key then include it. you also said you had one, so make sure to include that as well.
