      How to keep loot off without it randomly turning back on using kicks profiles?

      you would have to edit the profiles to remove the code responsible for turning it on and off.

      it doesn't turn on and off randomly, theres certain area's where you need it on or it needs to be off. so it would be best to leave it alone.
