Honorbuddy detected.

I was now about 11 o'clock disconnect.

I request and I talk with a master of the game told me that it has used a hack but was not detect that night.

I just would like to prevent that Honorbuddy is really not reliable at the moment and that the detection is here!

I expect the Mail blizzard gave you their answer.

Agree. Well, something have happened to HB, after DB huge ban wave, when a single botters had been banned with farms also (that didn't happen before).

 

Same on me! i got a email for a PW reset. then i resetet and after that i got a email about a perm ban! And i was only questing with kickz profile at a zone with no players!

So far i got my acc back . I told the gm i got hacked and played the acc long time ago...

the Ban email is in german but it sais that i got banned because third party software!

 

I banned for 72 hours..

That PW reset email is really strange.

Sounds a bit like a honey pot to check if your IP fits your wow IP so they can ban without risking the hacked excuse too often. (Not saying the excuse still works sometimes.)

 

Blizzard did not even send me an e-mail to the bann

 

me also not i got it about an hour later...

 

hb is not detected. botting 6 accounts straight quest bot farming some endless dungeons 18/7.

only thing what will end in a fast ban is using GB2 or botting like a dumb idiot getting 10+ player reports in 5 minutes

 

Not realy... I bottet my druid about 8 hours a day! So i started today the bot at 08.00 am. All worked well it was in hellfire peninsula! It was questing with kiclz profile! And i was sitting on my main pc! So i have an eye on it!

And then i got a email that my PW got changed! And then DONT change the Pw! Thats a trick from blizz and they see in wich country you are already so there is no place for tricks!

2 hours later i got the ban email that i got banned!

And the bot doesnt stuck or something! it was questing smooth! And a friend of me got also banned from using Gatherbuddy...

 

My questing bot has been running for like 3 days straight now.

 

Same here, i was botting (questing for 30mins) then banned 10h30 Am EU Server

 

You guys getting shut down with questing profiles *ever* use those accounts for *anything* else?

Reason I ask, I have been SORing innactive accounts (my own, created a long time ago for when bans hit), and I have leveled two up to 85 and am now working on my third. I have had no bans since the GB2 hits I took, so im not sure how everyone else is claiming to get closed over questing :\

Any other information would be great - yall use them as mule accounts, did you level up professions while questing? bgbuddy? There has to be a reason

STOP SAYING HONORBUDDY IS DETECTED

That implies that Blizzard has solid evidence that they can detect you using a bot, if that was the case than ANYONE using Honorbuddy during their "catch phase" was detected and inputted into a ban list for when they pressed a button. Blizzard may have ramped up their detection method but it's not a solid evidence for detecting the bot. You simply got caught due to poor botting habits. Bot smarter next time.

To be safer stop using public profiles, make your own. It takes less than 10 minutes to build a gatherbuddy profile and it's probably a shit ton safer.

 

Blizzard bans in sections. They accrue reports of botters or whatever and then ban them at one time. It is not detected.

Just because you were banned and others were banned does not mean that the bot was detected.

HB is not detectable, if it was easily detected. The A LOT of people would be posting in the BAN forums. I use HB kickz questing profile, I haven't gotten whacked. I bot for 18hrs a day. I have friends that run gatherbuddy and still haven't gotten whacked. I guess they are just very lucky in dodging the hammer.
As for me, once i get to 90 Ill start using GB2 to test the waterz. but till then, must keep leveling.
If anyone gets whacked, then im sorry for you loss but bottom line, HB is not detectable.

 

I also got the mail of suspicious behaviour, your account is locked untill you change password. Im curious what will happen if I do change it

 

Guys... I just turned the tide! I got the same mail from Blizzard! I had my friend from Germany change the password (I'm from Denmark).

CHICHING! Not banned!

 

How long ago have you done this mightykwon? Because there was someone who changed the password and got a ban 2 hours later...
