I did not receive an email about the reason for my suspension. Personally I think I got reported by a player that was following me yesterday. He followed me only for about 1 minute and then i asked him why he is following me.He said he was thinking I was botting ( which I obviously was). I acted like I have no clue about what he is talking about and he wished me good luck and flew of . I guess he reported me after all. I received the mail from blizzard: This is the latest response from Customer Support: Greetings, Following a review of your account I regret to inform you that the suspension will stand on your account and will not be removed. This was a temporary suspension that lasts 72 hours and was applied today. Please note that the reason for this suspension was because you were found to have failed our checks and investigations into bot or 3rd party software usuage. This means you were found to be actively using an automated program to simulate the gameplay of your character. We do not take this action lightly and we make very sure that the correct actions are taken when it comes to this. As I say though the suspension is only temporary and you will recieve no further actions if you make sure that you follow our policies and terms of use.
