i cant seem to get it to work, it is in proper place in plugins folder and it is also activate through the hb plugins page (checked)
@SinTex: This plugin does not control the activation of CTM, it just disable it when the plugin is disposed by HonorBuddy (@emlowe HB can takes up to 15 seconds to dispose and disable CTM after you close the HB's main window).
Should Disable CTM on Bot Stop Hi, As Sintex as been saying, TurnOffCTM should disable the Click-to-Move option when the Bot is Stopped, not when the Plugin is being Disposed by HonorBuddy. The Dispose method will also disable Click-To-Move when you uncheck the TurnOffCTM Plugin, which is unwanted behavior. To resolve this, the Plugin should Register to the OnBotStopped event and disable Click-To-Move when it's fired. This works fine and you don't need to exit HonorBuddy. Feel free to contact me for any question related to this. Edit: ZenLulz released a new version that addresses the issue! Thanks ZenLulz! Thank you, Kaven
@kgagne: Thanks for your input. You're right, TurnOffCTM was not properly implemented. So, I decided to release a new version of my plugin. You can now choose between disabling the Click-To-Move when you press on the button Stop or when you're leaving HonorBuddy. Also, as other members posted the idea, the plugin can disable the Click-To-Move when a specific botbase is running (like LazyRaider). You will also be warned when a new update is available for this plugin. A screenshot of the GUI of the plugin was posted on the first post of this thread. All is right now. PS: @kgagne: To avoid any confusion with my plugin, could you remove your code from this thread please ? Thanks Zen
Could you please add an option to set also cvar interactOnLeftClick = 1 since HonorBuddy changes also it from the default (1) to 0. Thanks
I'm very sorry to ask this. But I hope that there are others, like me,who do not fully understand what this plugin does? So most bots use click to move while botting (fly around while using gatherbuddy, grinding,...), what is the point of stopping that setting when you are done botting? I mean, i click to move with my mouse too when I am flying and not botting... When you press stop on honorbuddy all activity stops anyway, why does it need to disable the setting? I am not trying to sound like a major dumbass, but if anyone could explain it with some examples (CTM for dummies), that would be great. Thx!
If you do NOT normally use click to move when Honorbuddy is not running, it can be distracting or even cause problems during a raid, for example, when you right click somewhere and you start moving there when you don't expect it. Very often I right click and hold the button down in anticipation of moving the camera but don't always move. In this case when I release I would start moving, e.g. start pointing the boss at the raid. Not good if you forgot to reset the CTM setting.
Hmm I see, apparently not everyone is so used to click to move, or doesnt like it to much. I on the other hand am a huge fan of it. But ill try it without CTM, just to see if change is better or worse. Thx for the inspiring post timglide!
@Exelon: Yeah, I hate playing with CTM enabled, mostly for the same reasons of Timglide explained, but for PvP. @redatim: I will add this in the next release.
Doesn't seem to work for me.. maybe im doing something wrong. Sent from my GT-N7100 using TheBuddyForum mobile app
