everytime.. I really want to try this but don't want to waste more money when it didn't work the first time.
Is there a way I can be refunded or get a new key sent to me that I can activate when the bot is working again? thanks.

Be patient please. Every time Blizzard brings out a new patch, HB needs to e updated too. The HB devs can't exactly ask Blizzard for the content before hand.

Reading other threads about 5.3 on the forums would have showed you that the HB devs are working hard to get HB up and working again. Blizzard released a mini patch this morning so they HB devs have to work on that too.

It will be read "soon".

 

I have tried other bots. Believe me, you want to wait for this one. None of the other ones are nearly as good.

@OP - we can refund u, but we will have a bot ready tomorrow'ish or the next day ... it takes 3 business days to refund you, which by the time bossland gets to the email, it will be late wed, or early thursday, then 3 business days is roughly next tues or wed.

trust me, being impatient here wont get you anywhere my friend. Just wait for an update. This bot will more than pay for itself. If you consider you time worth even 1$/h then 100$/what ever currency you use later is barely a weeks worth of botting. This is by far the most efficient working program I have ever seen. Just give it time. You don't even want a refund, it is going to be that great.

 

I use HB all the time, everything from Farming,leveling,raiding, heroic's, dailys.
The HB staff is really good at getting a solid product and standing behind it. Blizzard has not made mop easy for them with Ninja patching and more coding to try and stop them, But they make their way threw it and make botting possible for the rest of us.

HB is great u do have to use some caution when using it.

1st thing to remember dont bot on anything ur worried about losing.
2nd Dont be stupid and run ur bot more than a normal person would.
3rd Stay away from Public profiles cause more and more people are getting banned
(Dont know if cause blizzard is watching the pathing or just people reporting)
4th Dont tell ur friends or anyone else u bot cause if they get pissed a good chance on getting reported
5th BGbot leveling is not a good idea at all to risky to be reported

Also I have made more than enough $ with personal friends to pay for the bot and then some

 

What do you mean by "refunding"? That?s quite strange business model!
As of right now you are not even charge by certain periods of time (like monthly)
I hesitated to buy HB 1st time precisely because I was wondering how it is possible for you to fund and constantly update your operations without some regular fee.
Its like Ponzi Scheme backwards!
And now you are even "refund" it to some [censored] individuals?!!

 

anyone who wants a refund can easily get it refunded (within 7 days of purchase)... just like most businesses, we're happy to refund if our product doesn't suit the customer (within the 7 day window of course)
