my hb keeps changing weapons and not moving?

my honorbuddy, every time It picks up a new weapon it just stands there and keeps changing it and doesn't move? and this is what it says in the hb and also, on my other acc its level 56, and he doesn't attack he just stands there when I try to work it and I am using the correct program 1-58 pelase help - kieran
