Got perma banned today to and i didn't use the HB when i got banned, was in a dungeon got dced tried log in got the fucking error #202 this account has been locked... Only had this account less then a month^^ but i was using HB the night before for like 4 hours... They don't suspend u anymore? they go straight to perma bann?
I got perma banned on 3 accounts yesterday. 2 of those were sor account active for not even a week. The other account was a legit account that has been active for a week with 30 hours playtime on it. I was only level 42. They perma banned it without warning!
So no way they will unlock it? no even if i ticet them and try to find away to convince them about some shitty lie? haha

We all know it, that all the bans - that we can get are from player reports, so it is simple like this, if you're grinding/pvping/dungeoning and doing something suspicious it only take 1 click to report you, if you're afk by that time and gm will come to test(and he will) - you're done.
got perma banned too on first offense, account wasn?t even 40 days old, was farming in votw with public profile, never any whispers, never farmed for more than 5 hours a day with breaks in beetween and always at night, wasn?t farming for more than 5 or 6 days after being inactive for around a week,when bann hit. appealed 3 times with a (out of my view) convincing story, felt like they just hit autoreply and didn?t care shit for what happened, refused to turn it over so far. they actually banned my shuffle account too, who only did a little questing from 80 -85 around that time, i manually sold some mats from farming, but guess it was banned because the mats where send to it and it was (due to a mistake of mine) on same battlenet acc. they even banned that one although it wasn?t running when bann hit :/
