nice, heh. as from last post, i had some ideas, wrote them up today. edited into a single UI "shape", but it's still very clay-like. it's mostly a way to integrate PB and BPS/BPC settings lots of handholding for dummies/users running quests and QBs to get the first few pets trained to unlock features in UI various modes that handle/alter PB Dailies and Teams, external to PB, allowing feature creep and expansion, multiple logic editing and re-application of logic to player pets as pets level focus on teams and "builds" that can be shared anonymously & sync'd to clients. stats seen for PvP builds on each team (10 wins with higher than 1:1 = gold star, silver/bronze, collectively across users) much more very, very ambitious, but all design plans are. I'm having trouble getting the correct pets to switch. It keep switching between the first two pets until one is low on health, than it uses the third pet. When it re-enters a pet battle it skips the first low HP pet. I've removed the default logic for HP>25 but that didnt change anything. I have logic in each pets rotation to set when they should swap. I just want to uncheck the "use advanced rating system" So i can set my own rotation.
Hello, Is there any way when you are doing pet battles against players to have Pokehbuddy chose the pet you want automatically? Whenever I do it the bot just times out.
Thank you. Changing the level factor to +100 works for me, although it sometimes keeps swapping pets a couple of times at the start without attacking.
It would be nice if the minimum pvp queue time started from 0 min instead of 1 min. This will ensure that there is no time wasted while win trading.
Pokehbuddy was not designed for wintrading. I've built something else for that, there's a crappy alpha in this topic, somewhere around page 80. If you want the less crappy alpha++, you'll have to wait till im home
Does not seem to want to pet battle using Lazy raider ? I was manually running around trying to do some pet battles and it wold not start. I switched to a GB2 profile in same area and it works fine. Any idea how to get it working with Lazy raider ?
i have a problem with my pokebuddy. i am trying to lvl up a lower lvl pet with 2 of my others. i am doing pet battles in the lvl area of my lowest lvl pet. and i have him in slot 1. but after so many battles or he gets swapped out it moves him to slot 2 and puts the higher lvl pet into slot 1. so im always having to change him back. does anyone know why this is happening or how i can stop it. i hate the fact that we cant remove pets from there slots once we choose 3. if i had known that before i would have just stuck with the 1 pet and lvled my pets 1 at a time. lol
I don't understand this plug in at all. I was looking for an automated pet battler so I could earn some lesser charms with out having to bore myself with dailies. But this seems FAR to advanced/complex/complicated for me. I don't even understand if pets have basic default logic built in. I can't be arsed to build my own combat routines. So what am I missing here? I just want to turn on HB and have this thing track down pets near my profile or near my idle location and kill them dead.
Why my char just fly over pets and wont attack them ? i use pokebuddy and BattlePetSwapper. And when i go petbattle it tryes just mount: [BPS] We are in a battle, I will refresh after it is over.[BPS] We are battling a level 3 pet. Mounting: Dark Phoenix Mounting: Black Drake
Keep in mind that this plugin serves both the advanced as regular users. The default settings should give you proper result, while tuning it gives you the edge in it. Hours are invested in this plugin, and any user who uses this understands how to. The support is also superb as he always responds promptly and quickly. For your coin farm it's very easy. Find a gatherbuddy profile in the map you want to farm, select gatherbuddy and disable in Bot settings the Mining/herbing checkbox. Then enable pokebuddy and let it fly.
Thats what it will do. But there are sooo many pets with different skills that its nearly impossible to hand you a logic for all of them, for all situations. If you cant be arsed to click a logic together in 2 minutes, there are plenty of people who share theirs. Or try the wintrader alpha, if its just about charms. It's somewhere around page 80. Reminder : this is a beta. It will probably stay that way until i finish the petbattle botbase that i recently started making. And then it will become part of that.
at the beginning, the process is a lot easier, less pets, easier combat. Simpler rules. You can still level the same 3 pets from level 4 to 25, without changing too much around. but, there's 560+ pets with different abilities, approx. 200 pets have similar abilities, which still leaves 360 custom logics or more, as some pets are multi-talented, and can have different logics for different enemy types (up to 6), etc. Once you have a collection of a few profiles, the bot is fire and forget. 2 options, DiY, or Download. For 1, check the settings folder for the pets that are included, as you can add more that way. If the folder is mostly empty, there are alternatives to "doing it yourself" E.g. you can get a collection of newer "layout" tagged extra profiles that covers the basic pets, from thebrodieman's dailies plugins folders, alongside the 100 or so in the extra settings from nov '12 that covers most of the jade forest pets, and some store/tcg pets. 2,drag the new xml files into the settings folder in PB, PB will import settings for the pets as you swap newer pets into the pet journal / selection area. Eventually, the process will be a lot easier, but it will take time. (Or tshirts ?)
