Playing WoW without HB, no problems. Even using PRQ, no crashes. When I play with HB running quests using Kicks profiles, WoW freezes/crashes after about 10 minutes or so. Like others, I tried DX9, different mounts, but WoW still crashes in same way with HB. Log attached.
Still crashing. Still crashes. Tried both realtime and high priority (see attachement for when I had it set to high). I have been noticing after a freeze/crash, windows is asking me to update .NET Framework (see attachement for error). I've ran BuddyPrequisitesWizard and it isn't reporting any updates needed so I'm not sure if I should be updating to .NET Framework 3.5 New log attached.
well we can make sure its not a .net issue. download and install these. Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details after your done restart your machine. is wow freezing and crashing? or just honorbuddy? when it crashes is there an error window?
Got it Got it to stop crashing. Running Win 8. I had multiple version of .NET installed so I removed them all. But after a reboot, it would not let me install .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) because it said Win 8 already had a native .NET version. So I tried HB again and it crashed WoW again. But this time when I got the Windows message to update/install .NET 3.5 (see attachment), I let it install/update 3.5. After a reboot, WoW + HB are now working great (3 hour run so far no issues) Feel free to lock/delete this thread. Thanks for the help.
