whenever i try to launch the .exe i get an error pop up that reads: (the window reads) - Honorbuddy.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error "To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of the .NET Framework: v4.0.30319" Contact your application publisher for instruction about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework." I don't know why this is. I am running Windows XP version 2002. any advice?
