Wow is shutting down but HB is not? What i mean to ask is the game is crashing before HB does?

https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/finding-error-logs grab one of the error logs and paste a few of the exception lines.

Have you tried disabling any addons in wow, clear wow cache folder, run wow and HB as admin and try again.

If you can post a log after you try that might be a bit more clear, there is a couple of things in the 2 logs i saw.

 

I tried to follow your instructions, search and delete the files in the wow error but the results remained unchanged. I hope you can directly use my computer through teamviewer software and fix it for me. This situation lasted make many of my wow account does not work: ( ( my PC use window XP )
