      I am questing and when offered the monster wants to loot all the time open
      this window from the monster but he is not the stuff out of there not

      Make sure you have "Auto-Loot" on (located in the Interface options), if it is the looting you are having an issue with.
      You log file shows a few attempts to use InteractWith, but not sure if that was the intended action you are saying is not working. Sorry.
