I am looking to build a botting computer and I would like some input if some veteran wouldn't mind chipping in their opinion! I have been out of the game for quite awhile.

I want to run as many bots on the computer as I can obviously.

I have been looking around and doing some research and it seems like the main issue is trying to get a good balance with the RAM/Processor/Video Card.

Thanks ahead of time if anyone gives some input!

You dont need much to bot. Just run wow on low settings and it can run on pretty much anything. How many bots do you plan on running from it? Just one?

No I am going to be running basically as many as the computer can take so thats why I need the most efficient build I can possibly get.

you will be better of building ~2 machines for 400$ each.

you don't need highend to run plenty of wow.

Well I mean I am going to be building 4 computers total each with a budget of $800 at least thats the idea if I can get efficient builds. I am going to start up an operation essentially.

800 for a complete bot PC? So you need the complete system?

That would make around 35 Bots per pc and in total 140.

Are you ready for this? ;)

(Just to know before we start on this.)

Hmm, do you think you should get more or less bots on it?

      800 Dollars.
      Not 800 Euros.
If it was then it would be 1067.20 dollars ;)
Which is a fair bit more :)

Just letting you know if you're about to cheap on pc's for 50-100 bots then you're gonna have a bad time when the real expenses come in.

To give you an idea for a botting build 3770k/4770k cpu is pretty good to run most bots cost effective.

I mean is $800 cheap for botting PCs? I would say thats a fair amount? I have a larger budget I was just trying to be fairly conservative. I am fairly experienced with HB as well for the person that asked.

ive got an amd 4100 oc'd to 4400hz. 16gig of ram, gigabyte 990fx mobo, 5750 ati video card,
i can run 6 wow/hb without losing integrity. low settings, win 7 64bit.

my win7 experience rates a 7.2 if you are familiar with that. 6 bots is a full time job for me. i applaud those who run multiple comps. but in reality you wont get more than 6 on your 400 dollar comp.

I can do 16 bots at 30fps with a 16GB Ram AMD FX-6100. Low settings of course.

If you get a better CPU with 4400 clock speed and 16GB of RAM you should be able to run 20-32 bots. Probably going to need more RAM.

I have setup honorbuddy on a work computer netbook.

It runs wow in a 4 inch box at all low settings.

You can run wow and honorbuddy on anything.
