not workin on one toon

I do not understand why but it is not working on only one of my toons.Every time i log in while on a different toon it logs and loads immediately but on my priest it doesnt get past the wi id what can i do to fix this or is it a problem with the program?

 

did you want me to post a log from the last time it ran on that toon?or just any log cause i tried to see if i attempted to log in on that toon if it would show up and post that but it did not. ty

Its the wrong log, but besides that, delete your settings folder.

 

this happens to me sometimes go into HB\Settings\"Realm" and Delete the toons name and it should work fine after that
