How Much Gold Can You Safely Trade at Once?

What's the best way for me to trade 50k? Don't feel like the AH method, 2.5k cut is not appealing. I have been reading stories and am getting paranoid...

i traded 90k f2f tonight. guess we'll find out if i get banned or not later on.

 

i traded 120k face to face from vanilla accnt to vanilla accnt
no ban.

 

Call me paranoid, but I keep it below 50k trades between parties.

 

got banned once, looked for someone with who was selling a spectral tiger on AH and claimed to be him , buying mount first with the gold I gave to that person (was around 220k) and they just unbanned me. I mean you can always have a skype log that you can "adjust" to your needs imo

 

if im going to sell gold soon im going to sell it via a difference account not my farming account so they wont effect but ye i would trade then 500k easy i dont care

 

yes trading is the best option never banned for that and instantly when u traded delete ur charachter and make a new one.

 

Imho it all depends on WHO you are trading to. If you're trading to someone from a big chinese company, whom daily gets their accounts locked down and stuff like that, you know where they buy mass accounts with level 1's just to sell gold from, so it's very easy for blizzard to track it down, and so they can see the IP the company is sitting at.
I remember when there was much gold selling in tbc and wotlk, and the seller told me that they daily had accounts shut down, so i should be very cautious (yes i was a noob back then, both at wow, and at buying gold xD). Which i also recieved a ban for, though i bought like 100 gold to gear my ?ber l33t lvl 19 twink, so was no biggie. But if that's the case, then do it safely, i.e the guild bank way or trade 10k at a time.

But if you sell / trade to someone who's just a regular guy buying gold, like people with regular non-flaggable accounts. I'd say go for trading 100k's. Since as mentioned before it could just be you were giving away the gold, since blizzard have no way of finding out that you are recieving real life currencies for the trade.

I myself have traded 100k however I got notifyed by blizzard that people are selling gold and that I shall be carefull so I dont get scammed alltho I think it was fake

 

Face to face I max. traded 100k.

With a guildbank: 5 mio traded at 'once' (logging on 5 different characters lvl 1 with gold cap on a mule acc - depositing with each 1mio gold after the buyer took it out with his characters.)
I didn't get banned... The buyer didn't get banned too.

 

I sell to netherlanders

 

Traded 600k+ many times f2f no problems when trading GER IP -> GER IP..Chinese will get u banned.

Id assume he means people from the Netherlands.
