Have not received key that i purchased

I have purchased a key about an hour ago and haven't gotten it in an email. How long does it usually take?

Im having the same difficulty. Purchased about an hour ago and it states "15 Minutes" A buddy of mine got his immediately so I don't know why mine is taking What seems like forever.

Purchased mine about 30 min ago, didn't get one either.... :/

 

I don't think i've been scammed because of many people using it I'm just curious why its taking so long

go to buddyauth.com and make an account with the email you used to purchase the key. it should be there after u log in,.

 

Many Thx, thought I had done that, but clearly hadnt. Was just a forum signup

 

I have an account for buddyauth.com with my email used to purchase it and i don't see any keys there.

 

Contact a Admin than. Best answer I have for you if buddyauth didnt work.

 

Don't know why we get now answer.

Hi all.

I have the same problem.

Ordered 2 new keys to honorbuddy. I got the confirm order mail.
Bu now mail with key.

When I logon to the buddy auth portal I only see my expired keys.

I have even send a ticket to bossland.

I hope this get fixed soon as my bot is begging to get online for some adventure.

 

double check and make sure your logging into the correct buddyauth account. it should be the same e-mail you used during checkout.
if you already sent a ticket then your going to have to wait for a reply so they can check it out.
