Hello, I just re-downloaded Honorbuddy and used it a few times a couple days ago. I then experienced issues with the game, and now that I have the issues resolved, my Honorbuddy is saying my key is expired when I try to log in?

I was under the impression that when you buy a key for honorbuddy it is a lifetime key, is that not the case? I spent 25 dollars on it : /

There are two version a 1 year key and a 10 year/lifetime key

You must have brought a 1 year key

      Hi, Rizzle425,

Keys are valid for 3 days, 1 month, or Lifetime. For former two are so you can evaluate the product. You can see the available options here: Honorbuddy the Bot for World of Warcraft.

There is no "one year" key.

You can check your key by following the same process as if you had lost it:

As the article explains, only the front office can help you, and its up to you to contact them. Neither the forum mods, nor the Support team, have access to your account details.

      cheers,
      chinajade

Thank you for the reply Chinajade. I purchased the key may 17th of 2012, and it worked fine up until today, which is over a year. So it must certainly be a lifetime key, I am unsure why it would suddenly tell me it is expired : /

I clicked your link and read the article but I am unsure of the steps I need to take to get this problem fixed. Do I need to contact the "bosslandgmbh" via email? Or what?

then send an e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com with your key, and if you have a transaction / order id (from when you bought the key *check your e-mail*) please include it, and just let them know that it expired pre-maturely, and they should be able to help you out.
