Edit: HB was minimised to system tray I'm a bit of a fool but still don't know my buddyauth user name for future purposes lol. My session doesn't seem to have ended when I closed HB and now I can't get in to BuddyAuth. I've forgot the username for buddyauth, why it doesn't use the email you register with is beyond me!! There doesn't appear to be an option to retrieve your username again so I came to here to look for support lol. I have the email and password would appreciate some help with this. Regards, Billy.
well it should be the same e-mail you used during checkout. if not then like tony said your going to have to send an e-mail. just keep in mind it can take up to 72 hours for a response so please be patient. in the mean time if your getting "Max Sessions" try restarting your pc, this will close any open copies of honorbuddy that are running and give the auth server time to let go of the active session that was in use. you should then be able to login again.
