For affliction -> disabling Multi-DoTing does not disable Soul Swap AoE. You'd need to disable AoE abilities to prevent Soul Swapping on targets other than your current target.

*Edit* If we're talking about FPS performance, then yes, disabling it will drastically increase your frame rate. It's pretty intensive to scan all objects in range - and that's with caching all of the objects (and some of the conditions)

Usually caused by high latency. Uncheck the anti lag setting under Advanced.

 

Dont often post on the forums, but this was so good I had to say something.

I started using the free version, and I mean even that was awesome! But since switching to the premium, my sub par gear on my Warlock has been pulling awesome numbers. All you need to do is pay close attention to the settings, tweak it so it suits you, and go.

Brilliance. I hope this gets the support it needs to keep going.

 

You should add soulstone usage.

 

I included 2 logs, can you tell why demonic stops casting for me while doing arenas, eventually I just switched back to pure and it worked perfect. Is there something I have done wrong?

There's a lot of errors in your log - you definitely need to create a fresh Honorbuddy install. Only errors I could see were while using PureRotation. Can you create a fresh HB install and try again please?

I thought about it, but not particularly sure what the point would be. I.e. HB releases too quick to actually use the self res (with an AFK bot base), so you'd only be able to combat res with it, but there's a huge performance implication to doing that, so for the sake of manually combat resing someone, it's not really worth it. I think Soulstone is just something that's better used manually.

Bot isnt casting when im moving, destro spec with kil'jaden.

 

I've worked out a clever way to get around the KJC / casting while moving drawback, but I still havent implemented it yet. Had 3.5 hours sleep since 7am yesterday and worked solid for the rest of it, so will be having a very early night once I've eaten.

Immolate during AoE will cast when any unit in range doesn't have the immolate aura, i.e. its using fire and brimstone to spread immolate - as that's the biggest ember generator.

 

Were you involved in the pr coding? I'd assume you could just copy and paste it since it works there?

is there a happy medium. With it checked, it is just barely too slow for me. but if i uncheck then it really messes up immolate casting. either it double casts it or i just stand there as previously posted. my ms is like 7-8 but unfortunately my fps dips to like 20 during a raid. i will be upgrading my comp. will that help and again is there any happy medium setting to optimize our dps.

 

I wrote all of it in PR, but it's not quite as simple as that. The main issue is that Honorbuddy doesn't have an overload method using SpellManager.CanCast to disable movement checks when casting by int (and some abilities don't like to be cast by string because of how spells are overridden). In PR I used a mixture of string and int to cast, but with the DoTManager in premium everything needs to be cast using the same method. I reported it as a bug a while back but haven't seen anything on it yet.

My plan is to check if Incinerate can be cast, then cast Immolate. Both same range, same spell school etc. I'll then make it globally disable all movement checks on casting when talented for KJC.

Will get this update done before the weekend is through, quite a lot of code, but had a nightmare with work the past couple of days.

Wasn't actually aware anyone used it. I'll try and get it added over this weekend too.

I'll look to change it to a 2 stage method - by this i mean I'll add the check which can be affected by latency to 1 setting, and the other checks to another. Should resolve your issues.



Unrelated, has anyone been reading the 5.4 patch notes? Seems the last tier talents are all being changed. KJC is actually being buffed now (no more reduced movement speed - passive as it is now). Talk about going from 1 extreme to the other!
