I'm using a Borean rhino grinding profile, and I want it to attacks like the whole group of rhinos instead of one at a time (Using BM Monk) I've tried increasing pull distance, didn't help, is there any way you can do this, or are you stuck at 1 mob at a time
Sadly there's no way of doing this in a profile, because during combat the profile is for the lack of a better word ignored. You would to contact a routine developer for your class and see if you can get them to make a setting for group-pulls. Seeing as you're a BM Monk it shouldn't be an outlandish request though.
Look at how they do it for farming instance (dungeon) profiles. Those have big pulls and designated killing areas. Might be harder to pull off in the big outdoors tho.
Hi, Ilumini, This is accomplished by switching your profile from using the Grindbot to the QuestBot. You want to use the RunLikeHell behavior to body-pull a bunch of mobs at once (from particular hotspots). RunLikeHell ignores combat, and terminates once it arrives at its destination. Since the behavior was started before you were in combat, it will continue to run until complete. Once the RunLikeHell behavior completes, Honorbuddy will stop and fight all the mobs. Rinse-and-repeat. Liferose is correct in that while you are in Combat, the profile is not running. But, if a quest behavior was started before you got in combat, it will continue to run. cheers, chinajade
As with anything with tons of Toggles and options, there's a million ways to approach this. My personal reaction, and solution would be to change your CR (Combat Routine) to something that handles this aspect. Something like "Fightthisway" works well for me. You can find it in the All in1 combat routines section here at the forums. It is customizable, with details on how to set some things up just like this.
