[PLUGIN] Pokebuddy - Gotto kill em all!

depends on which you want. i can put up proper logic files if needed, but this should explain how to DIY

here's the 3 direhorn pets.

Stunted Direhorn - Pet Battles PvP achievement. P/P. hits harder.
Pygmy Direhorn - Horridon drop, or AH. P/S
Direhorn Runt - 1-5% drop from dino's. has 5 variants, H/H to B/B. easy to farm and buy/sell

they all share the same spec, with different breed types (power, speed, health, and balance).

The stunted direhorn is the one to aim for,
the runt/pygmy are easier to obtain.
YMMV.

first off -- run through the spell options and what spec to choose at what level.

"trihorn charge at 1 (swaps for a "gouge" at 10) goes first.
"Horn Attack" at lvl 2 (swaps for stampede at 15) will stun the pet if it's faster. if you prefer stampede on a power pet (horridon/pvp direhorn), you can work this out.
"primal cry" at 4 (swaps for a shield at 20) will slow the other pet down for 4 rounds.

the first logic is for 4-25 , 1/2/4 which does the slowdown, stun and first hit in order of preference.
after level 10 or level 15, you can change this. 10/2/4 (or swap the stun @2 with the stampede @15 for killing speed)
after level 20, you can keep the slowdown @4, or swap to the shield @20. You can also swap the stun for the stampede @2 or @15

10/2/20 has the stun, shield and gouge, pretty good combo.

Level 1-4:
swapout if health is less than 90 && enemy pet level is greater than my pet level by 5 levels (15 direhorn against 22 snake)
swapout if health is less than 40
passturn if you get 927,926,822,498,174,734 debuffs (all the stuns)
Castspell (3) reapplies the speed debuff if the cooldown is false
Castspell (1) if your pet is slower than the enemy pet
Castspell (2) if your pet is faster than the enemy pet, if the cooldown is false
Castspell (1) if cooldown is false

Level 20+: you can choose 10/2/20, 10/15/20, 10/2/4, 10/15/4, 1/15/20, 1/15/4 , 1/2/4 , 1/2/20 (yep 8 variations ... )

because 10/x/x and x/x/20 are just going to be better choices for most things, we'll just choose those.

Note 1:
if you're starting from level 1, stick with the 1-4 code. if you want, change it around at level 10, 15, or 20.

Note 2:
to change a spec from level 4 to level 10, so it uses 10/2/4 instead of 1/2/4 ...

1. open up the pet window in the game, change the layout on the pet to 10/2/4, and leave the window open, making note of the slot you chose, either 1, 2 or 3.
2. with HB stopped, open up pokebuddy, change the tab to 2nd one, the logic tab, find the pet slot, choose the slot from step 1, hit load pet.
3, the logic for the direhorn should appear, as well as an icon, check the entry at the top looks like the direhorn, and the logic matches. if not, load another pet slot till you find the direhorn.
4. hit save, which will overwrite the former layout, and save the current layout.
5. after this has been saved, change the logic to suit the new pet changes (in this case, remove the "Castspell (1) if your pet is slower than the enemy pet" line)
6. hit save again. close Pokebuddy, start HB and see if the logic works when you start a battle.

this can also work for adding in stampede at level 15, remember to save, change the logic, then save again.
it may seem redundant, but it's an easy thing to forget to do (from experience)

 

Awesome Thank you Toliman! Thus far I just have a Runt and a Pygmy, was running them with a Sunflower, but after reading the forums, I'm leveling a fiendish imp. I would love to be able to turn on the pvp and go afk for a bit and have my team stomp through and earn me the Stunted. Is there a team you run well using the bot to win the pvp battles?

Right now World Safari would be out of the picture unless you already got the Snowy Owl from Winterspring considering it's a weather based pet.

I was able to get it, I used the Battlepet Collector addon along with going and finding them on my on. Some of them took a good while to farm rares (which is what I was after) but the Battlepet Collector has a lot of great profiles. Just load up a profile for a zone and it will catch nearly each pet in the zone. Some have a small spawn zone, but they are easily gotten by hand.

 

How can i see the buff values? the bot crashes each time i click on List Buffs

 

Odd. it should appear in both the game chat window (side effect of the way it reads the values) and in the PokeBuddy window.

does it crash HB, if HB is started, or stopped ?

if you tick "ignore this error" does it work after that ?

and, do you have any other plugins running / wow addons / level 5+ pets ?
you may need to upload a log to help diagnose this one.

 

i have a problem
i have 3 same pets with same behaviors same stats (same life speed and atk power and lvl)
sometimes at the begin of the fight he just swaps one pet with an other (on first turn). and sometimes after Pet A dies and he selects Pet B he swaps on the next turn pet B with Pet C.
maybe it is an importan information: he never selects pet by himself. it comes automaticaly after the 30 sec timer
edit: now he swaped Pet B by himself (not by timer) after Pet A died and spwaped instant Pet B with Pet C...

this is odd, since it appears as if PB can't read the pet status at all, to give each one a rating, based on health as a percentage, combat strengths, types, level difference, etc.

stop the bot, can the logic be loaded for each pet as it's swapped into place ? can you revive pets in the battle pet team viewer ?

it may be that your copy of HB can't read the pet values,
or the Battle Pet account is being locked by another user on the account. (which is handled by PB...)

if you enable the debug, it will show the pet rating it gives to each pet, which i see in the log you posted, it has trouble doing.

what level is each pet, and are they alive ?

i can also see it rated them -10000, which i assume is for dead pets, but that's odd again.

not seen anything like it.

 

like i said they have all the same stats so they must have the same rating, even if it is -10000
i loaded extra for this a new copy of hb and this is the only account what runs with this hb, i do not use PB on other accs.
how do i enable debugg? ^^

Anyone have pet logic written for lil' tarecgosa, baneling, cinder kitten or the fetish shaman?

 

could fix this i suppose ...

1. check your pokebuddy version is ok. it should be working but i don't know ...

2. updated logic is easy. find the ID for your direhorn. either by opening Pokeh and going into the pet logic editor ... and then open up the file in PetSettings.

open PetSettings/12345.xml, where 12345 is the Pet ID of the direhorn in slot #1 and replace the content with ...

if you go back a few posts, it's a direhorn specific logic file. for a level 1-25 direhorn.

copy/replace into the correct XML file for your pet, save it.
open up the other 2 XML files for the ID that corresponds to each pet in pet slot #2 and slot #3, save those too.

it will then, show up in Pokeh, when you hit "refresh pet" in the logic tab, under all 3 pets.

if your trio is above level 5, change the layout and the logic to suit. you should only need to change

CASTSPELL(3) HASENEMYBUFF(154) EQUALS false $ COOLDOWN(SKILL(3)) EQUALS false

to a more appropriate one for trihorn shield.. which i don't have the buff id for. currently at level 13. not hard to edit this post later on.

as for other logic's, it isn't hard to figure out. there's a few exceptional abilities that defy normal use, like the sweep/cleanse and so on, but you'd need to know what to use them for. example ? mechanicals have turrets, you could use a cleanse ability to remove the turret. the reality is ... well, it's terrible.

 

I am having a problem. I have recently begun writing my own pet logic files... but how do I tell me what numbers are what buffs etc? does anyone has any type of exhaustive listing they've been working on? I'd be willing to assist with donating pet logics once I can get this nailed down. I have almost 500 unique pets.

 

Is anyone using this to do the pvp pet battles? I'm wanting to work towards the Stunted Direhorn and I need flawless battlestone. What team do you use while botting the pvp battles? I know it just really depends on what team you against, but has anyone set up a good team, walked away for a bit and came back to decent wins?

 

Some1 have problem on black list pet? i add the pet on Black list but bot continue to attack that pet :|

had the same problem, you have to actually turn on the blacklist feature in general settings tab. goodluck

 

Noticed that once all three pets got low hp, he switch the pets all the time and dont atack anymore, so he just switch them until the three pets are dead.

 

Are u sure you are in pet combat?

Noticed it too, havnt managed to trace it yet, but since im working on a huge makeover which might fix it, im not giving it too much attention

But after looking at your logs, it seems something else is fishy. Please go to the advanced tab, select "default leveling" and press load.
Should fix some stuff i see there.
