Indeed, native flying shouldn't be turned on unless you're part of the team debugging it. It is not a high priority right now, due to other pressing issues.

Is that bug still there?
I noticed that too, really months and months ago. I was too lazy to report it though (/shame)... I fixed it the same way you did. Just fall down and the bot resumes. It waits forever for the elevator to come up, while it's there every 3 seconds ​

 

Hey guys,

we used Kicks profile for quiet a long time now and leveled up many toons with kicks (thanks for that!!).

Over the time we gathered some informations and errors which are quiet annoying if you have to level up many Accounts.
I would like to share a list of errors we encountered (not only with one char but with many in a row). We hope that anyone could look into them and maybe update the Profile to make it work even better. See attachement..

Another thing we dont understand is that the Chars dont switch from the lvl 1 weapon to another. They keep it until lvl 15 and then we buy them a weapon on the AH. From there the Autoequip2 Plugin works perfectly. We use DualWield, Fist, Mace, Sword, Axe.

And another thing. Every time there is a Kicks update we have to install Honorbuddy from scratch. Thats a lot of work for so many Bots. Isnt there an easier way to update the file in Honorbuddy?

 

Having trouble with my druid at level 60 at the Temple of Telhamat stuck trying to pick up a quest from Amaan the Wise but the quest is already picked up.

 

New one for you to look at, again might be a Nav or a quest issue, can't be sure so I'm posting in both.

Quest : The Mechagnomes - Quest - World of Warcraft

Issue : Bot gets to the top of the elevator, and stops. Wont speak to Fizzcrank Fullthrottle's tale to complete the quest, then if you manually complete the quest, the toon will not use the elevator to move back down. Just continues to stand there and wait for the elevator even tho its continually going up and down, try to move the bot to the elevator manually, and it tries to fight its way back to the spot at the top to wait for the platform. However if you manually move the bot so it misses the elevator and falls to the lower level the bot resumes and runs outside and continues on its merry way.

Hey, I just came across what seems to be another bug with the profile, I am now in Dragonblight doing the quest "Strengthen the Ancients" and around the required npc's, there are Arcane wyrms. The bot targets them, runs towards them but does not attack them...I have died quite a few times to this but eventually completed the quest. Just wanted to try help out ^^ heres a screenshot and the log :3

Hi, Bottoy,

We thank you very much for the effort, but the information contained in your attachment is insufficient to address problems. We simply must see the log for each issue you encounter. Such issues are most frequently caused by problems with the Honorbuddy installation (e.g., corrupt caches et al), a faulty plugin or combat routine, exceptions being thrown by Honorbuddy, etc. Without a log, we've no chance at isolating the problem.

AutoEquip2 is responsible for this area. It is a plugin and is no way associated with Kick's profile pack. If you have issues with AutoEquip2, please post the issue and the full log that captures the issue into the Support forum.

I don't quite understand where this is coming from. The only time you have to 'clean install' is if there is leftover Quest Behavior cruft from a previous installation. This a problem with the way Honorbuddy's auto-updater works, and is not an issue with Kick's profile pack.

It seems that the Pull Distance value of 25 is hard coded right in the profile. I edited the xml file and changed all of the 25 to 55 and my mage has a much better survival rate. Not saying that this is the correct solution but it is what is working for me,

If there is a better solution I am all ears..

 

Trying to run the Mt. Hyjal profile, it keeps bugging out after the bot dies. It can't seem to find a path to my body from the graveyard. Linking a log in case it proves helpful, thank you.

Quest : [Alliance][Level 77] A Mammoth Undertaking [Sholazar Basin]

Basically the issue with this quest is the bot doesn't actually go to pick the mammoth up, instead stands by the tent and any attempt to move the bot forces the bot to attempt to return to the same banana tree that is to the left side of the tent (when facing the npc's with the large tree to their back). If you struggle with the bot and force it over and over again to get close to a mammoth, and manage to keep the bot still long enough to harness the mammoth, it returns to drop the mammoth off without a problem, completes the quest and moves on its merry way. Just doesn't seem to bother to actually collect the mammoth in the first place.

Everytime I try to open one of the profiles, my HonorBuddy shows up with an error message and shuts down. How come?

 

Exact same problem.

These profiles run into troubles within 5 minutes of me walking away from my computer, whether it be standing still for no reason, getting stuck in a tree while flying, loading tiles forever, not being able to res, or just not doing anything at all. No idea what I'm supposed to be doing at this point.

 

Your only course for this is to run the quest manually, then restart Honorbuddy.

 

Hello Kick. At the moment I'm using this to level up my DK as Frost Spec, but whenever it gets to choose a Quest Reward, it choose items with Blood Stats (Tanking Gear). Why?

 

Found a little problem, I just entered Hyjal and got the quest to kill Twilight NPC's and the bot flies towards them, dismounts and then flies to the NPC shown in the screenshot to get a quest but there's no quest there and stays there for as long as the bot runs.

Any idea what I can do? :S

just wanted to add that apparently the quest the bot is trying to ppick up is all "The voice of Lo'Gosh"

Is there any way I can force harvest minerals and herbs as on in the profile itself?

Every time HBrelog logs back in, the profile disable harvesting.

I think there is a problem with the 40-45 profile.
I already posted that my toon cant get there by himself because some random lvl 85 npc killed me on the way every time.
But know my toon survived and the bot levels in a lvl 30 area -.-
I am lvl 40.
Is nobody else experiencing that issue?

 

kick,can you help me out? every time i start the bot he starts questing normally and all but at some point he just stops questing and goes crazy like attacking training dummys non stop or talk to npcs non stop,please help me mate so i can bot bug free
