      Account Name: ?????

      Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks")

This suspension happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized cheat program, also known as a "hack.". These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and superscede the intended limits of the game.

Even if this is the result of account sharing, the account owner can still be held responsible for the penalty because of the impact it had on the game environment.

We've found the above behavior is many times directly related to groups responsible for compromising World of Warcraft accounts; we take these issues very seriously. To better understand our position against exploitative activity and the risks involved, please review this article: Impact of Buying Gold - Shop - World of Warcraft

The exploitative activity that took place on this account violates the World of Warcraft Terms of Use. We ask you take a moment to review these terms at Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation. Note that additional Terms of Use violations may result in more severe actions against this account, up to and including permanent closure.

If you believe your account was compromised, please go to the following websitehttps://us.battle.net/account/support/account-recovery.html. Our support staff will assist you as soon as possible. An additional review of the action has been completed. We have confirmed our initial findings, and the action will not be reversed or changed.

We understand that you may still have concerns regarding the action, but we must reiterate that it was taken to address a violation of the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (Blizzard Entertainment:Blizzard Legal Documentation), which all players accept before logging into the game.

We understand that these policies may seem harsh, but they are in place to ensure that every player is able to enjoy their time in our games. Thank you for respecting our position.

Then I told them they were on drugs cus I never botted etc, and that I wanted a nonrobot responce, and her is what I finally got.

Finally I sent an email asking for a human responce, and long story short they said they cannot reveal how they are tracking it, but that they knew i used a bot and if i had any questions to reply to ticket.

SIDE NOTE: I HAVE ANOTHER BATTLENET RUNNING ON THE SAME COMPUTER, THAT CHARACTER HAS BEEN MINING NONSTOP FOR THE PAST WEEK, LOL. UNTOUCHED, NOT EVEN A WARNING ON IT. (yet)

Going to just get me another 100k on my alternate account and then delete honorbuddy, until this has been fixed. They have a way to detect this bot now, because they were very certain I used a bot.

They manually went on your account while you were botting and saw that you were botting. Doesn't take a rocket surgeon.

7 hours non-stop on such popular spot like turtles? rofl! Ofc they are certain you have botted, noone would do that in 7 hours w/o even a minute break for bio, wake up and stop dreaming!

You gathered enough player reports for autoban! If HB was detected anyhow, you would never receive 72h ban only, but perma one!

But the idea for deleting HB is good, actually, at least till you read some topics for safe botting and learn to care for your account ^^
