It sounds like your cache may be corrupted. I would try cleaning it and seeing if HB can continue with the profile. Help Desk: Cache Corruption
Yes it would be best to delete it to just be sure, the launcher re-populates all of this. However you should make your own thread.

well its trying to turn in The Only Homes We Have - Quest - World of Warcraft but ether you dont have it or you didnt pick it up. if its available go pick it up. also completely restart the bot and wow.
It is ever the same it picks up a quest and then don`t solve the quest instead he stops and puts this message out.

I had this problem with version 646. Deleted, cleared wow cache and got versopn 647 and it started working.
