I have a question about botting. I have 3 accounts. Account A has been banned for botting. And I never bot on that account ever again. I have two other accounts that do bot, but have never been banned before. If I send mats gained on those two accounts to Account A (or gold). Can all three get banned? because Account A is an accomplice? They are all connected with the same credit card.

And can also my main account get banned just from having the bot on even though it's not injected into that specific WoW process?

blizz does what they want. period. they try to look at each account as a separate account. but with that said. i have had lvl 1 bankers banned just for running a guild bank that was filled with botted items. i have had guild banks dissolved, third party accounts banned that i mailed gold to after botting on a different account.

all rules aside, and i know every country has their own contract rules, you enter a contract with blizzard when you you sign the tos. blizz owns their property and has the right to revoke your account at any moment. without explanation.

some people like to jump around and say 'they cant do that' but who stops them. not you, not me. be careful, dont bet what you cant afford to lose.

and for the injection question. you do not have to run honorbuddy to get banned for exploiting the economy.

It all depends on the GM involved in the banning. A long time ago I thought i was safe not botting on my main account, but i would stupidly mail him ALL the gold or items i made from my botting account. Well you can guess where this is going. When my botting account got banned they looked further into it and banned my main account too for "benefiting from a botted account". Of course i appealed and said i had no knowledge of where the stuff came from, but to no avail. Also these accounts were on seperate computers, and seperate IP's.

So yes, bottom line blizz does what they want, PERIOD. My suggestion would be to have an actual guild with hundreds of different accounts and char's in it (random invite people) and store your gold/loot in the gbank, but don't give anyone access to it, maybe just the first tab and allow people to put crap in it. This way it doesn't look like a botted guild to hold the loot, and has a better chance of blizz not taking it. But again, this is only my opinion, and blizz does what they want. =\
