lol im experienced exactly the same, and im as frustrated as you. Ive set up Superbad perfectly for my pvp needs, but it just does not work in Arena (after 2 games). I would advise you to talk with them in the Superbad thread.
Well as the Honorbuddy Official Devs won't help u with arena related configurations, ur best bet would be to contact/post on Handnavi's Superbad thread. He might use the built in !IsFriendly, which does not always work in arena. ( Same faction vs Same faction ).
