[GrindBot] Does not target/attack

I am running a grind profile for skinning in Dustwallow marsh. I used this profile a lot in the past with no problem. Today I try to run it on my Dk and it justs run around from hotspot to hotspot without targeting any mob..the only way to attack a mob is to go through them and actually get aggro. I checked the pull distance and I have it to 25 (thought this was the problem, but is not). i also checked 3 times with developer tools the ID of the mobs I wanna kill and they are correct too (I have runned this profile many times in the past).

I use the Singular cc in a Frost DK 60 lvl. Also I tried fresh reinstall and disable all plugins but still have problem. here is the log:

 

I already did that...except if you mean that I must also delete everything from %Appdata%. I have also deleted the plugins (first I just deactivated them). When you mean from Scratch can you be more specific?

I deleted the whole Honorbuddy and I have downloaded the zip from the site and extracted it(in the same folder again, but it was empty since I deleted everything it had). The I copied over the Combat Routines I use which I keep in a backup folder. Should I do anything else?

Sorry I did not tried it again and I am at work now. I ll let you know once I am home at evening. But honestly not much to do, I ll just another clean install as I did already and hope to work I ll let you know. Thanks

download the latest version of honorbuddy from here.

after that do a CLEAN Install into a new folder, do not re-install to an previous installation and do not copy over any plugins, combat routines or quest behaviors into this new installation.

 

Have tried a new installiation. I have deleted everything about the previous install and even the HonorbuddyMesh folder from %appdata%. I have downloaded the latest version of Honorbuddy from the link you gave me and installed it. I did not copy anything else into the folder, no plugins, no combat routines, only what the zip had inside. I run again with the singular cc and the same thing happens . I also tried another profile in blasted lands and had same results. Its like blizzard have changed the id of the mobs and honorbuddy cannot recognize them. I checked the ids through the Developer tools and I have them right in my profile. I will attach the log and the profiles I am using.

EDIT: I also want to add that the new installiation I made it to a completely new folder, not in the one I had the previous install. Also I have tried both alliance and Horde with different CCs in case the problem was the CC.

I ll do when I get to home again I mainly use zaprecorder to get the hotspots and then I edit things like mobs id, profile level/name by hand..but if this is the case, then 90% of my profiles are useless now...is there anyway to edit these profiles to change them to "normal"? For example to delete the Zaprecorder on the the top and change the construction but keep the hotspots and mobs faction id? Something like

anyway, first things first..I have to test it first when back to home and let you know. Although I have extensively used these profiles in the past to level 2 leatherworkers to 600 and they were working.Will see..

 

I tested a profile by Lbniese in Dread Wastes(attached) and is working very good. I attach the profile I used and is working. So I used this profile as a template and put into my hotspots and mobs id and adjusted the target levels t ofit my profile in Dustwallow marsh and now is working fine!

Thanks a lot for the help. I don't know why Zaprecorder profile don't work anymore, I have used them a lot in the past. At least the problem solved and now have a lot of work to do changing my farming profiles

 

hey Tataros. i tried to do the same as you, change it's hotspots and factions id. but when i load the profile i get error. :/ Any id? why?

 

Have no idea need to check the profile, but still not guaranteed that I will figure out...open a new thread, upload the profile and ask for help and someone will help for sure!
