a multiboxer who casts all the same spells at the exact same time morphs at the exact same time stacked all up ontop of eachother taking the exact same path and moving at the exact same time? pretty talented
Do you know how multiboxing works? You press a button and all (in this case) 3 characters execute that command.
So... you know what multiboxing is, but you've never heard of multiboxers using Multiboxing Software... Huh. I thought it was common knowledge that people knew multiboxers did this... considering every multiboxer does it. So, let me try to break this down. Pretty much everything you just said, perfectly defines the average multiboxer. The average multiboxer uses a keystroke emulator that broadcasts the user's keystrokes to all of their clients causing complete syncronization between the characters. On a level like this, no talent is required. It's no different than playing one character considering all the work is being executed by a program. Two example multiboxing programs (that aren't against World of Warcraft's 'rules') would be PwnBoxer and ISBoxer Also, the most 'famous' class for multiboxers to play is typically Shammies. I highly doubt that the bot was being used in this scenario. A talented multiboxer wouldn't multibox in syncronization, they would actually have their characters fine-tuned enough to where they can carry out multiple tasks without any sync at all. Ex: Healing while DPSing.
I multibox and have run 5 shammies at a time. And they ghosted all at same time and mount and so on. I do have specialized macros to perform different actions on different toons. Such as tanking and DPSing and healing all at same time. I shy away from all shammies as they cant hold aggro worth spit.
