I run with dungeons with a friend and my gf sometimes. Is there a way to have the bot run in a challenge mode? It would be fun to try to run them with a bot or two helping out. I tried to copy the heroic files to a custom directory and changed them to the challenge mode dungeon id, but nothing happened. Ideas?
Shadow Lab: On second boss Blackheart the bossroom isn't cleared -> 10 mobs auto agro when pulling the boss. After the wipe it cannot find the ini entrance
the bot doesn't move or anything just stands at spawn entrance every dungeon is there a fix?. i have IWM addon and all that set up right, ive reinstalled a few times but still same issue.
Hi highvoltz, there is a major problem with the healer in DB. The healer sometimes does not move with the group, just standing there until the fight is over or the team wiped... or stays somewhere out of line of sight (in healing range), so it cannot heal the group. Tried different healing classes (druid, priest, paladin) and several combat routines. It's not happening all the time, and I haven't yet found out how to reproduce it. Anyone else noticed this?
Been running random heroics all day and can't say I've noticed stray healers. I've decided to run with framelock disabled, all Singular toons for the time being to see if that helps with the persistent crashing I keep getting. Hasn't died on me yet so here's hoping. I have seen the occasional unexplained death that the toon then releases corpse rather than waits for a rez. Normally my arms warrior. Scholomance is definitely the bane of my botting existance. Got the achievement for Jandice Barov so can't see if that's been fixed (but nice bonus!). Warrior releases when dies for Rattlegore and misses the boss fight. All toons die to Lilian Voss' Dark Blaze, mainly from standing in the stuff while trying to attack. Seems the old adage about this being a caster dungeon holds true. Melee characters suck in here.
(Side note: I love how lazy use of Swype keyboard with tapatalk makes me look like English isn't my first language - lolz)
Im running into a horribly frustrating problem. It's seriously pissing me off as I end up spending hours trying to troubleshoot due to the stupid fucking deserter debuff. First, I'll say that im doing RAF and there are two problems im running into consistently. I am manually playing my tank character and using dungeon buddy for my healer. This went pretty well until just recently. When you his BC content, the first dungeon you get over and over is ramparts. For some fucking reason, you get the finished dialogue no matter which of the last two bosses you kill first. Resulting in my healer to leave after 10 seconds. Thats annoying as hell, but I can deal with it as you dont get deserter. The second one that has been giving me all kinds of rage inducing problems is this: Any time anyone leaves a dungeon before it is complete, the bot decides the dungeon is complete and leaves me. leaving me without my raf character for xp, without my healer, and resulting in a 30minute debuff! Its driving me insane! I tried it with Party mode off and on. With it on, the bot fucking leaves 30seconds into the dungeon complaining that there were more people in the group than expected. WHAT THE HELL? Sorry for being irate, but ive been working on fixing this for almost 6 hours in the last 24 hours. It's fucking beyond me. Any help would be most appreciated!
Sholomance Normal mode (low lev) : At last boss my group is trying to kill first the mobs inside the prisons and then the boss .. still not a big problem for now but I wonder if this happen on heroic mode too ect wont not be nice. Also even on norm low lev or norm is still making the grp loose time..
The Vortex Pinnacle : Almost close to last boss the tank is pulling two groups instead of just one.. These groups are made of 5 mobs each so my party wipe here every single time unless I decide to manually pull one group at that point.
Any ETA on fixing the "Checking-for-script-updates" bug? I know it can be solved (temporarily) manually.. thx
Hey highvoltz, will the issue with not turning in quests at questgivers with multiple quests/gossip options be fixed in upcoming HB release? In beta .329 it still exists, as well as the "checking for scripts update" issue...
This. Seriously. I love Dungeonbuddy, it is a wonderful tool to help gear up my toons for real raids, farming, ect... but it seems to getting worse and worse, lagging behind in fixes and sometimes being broken with the beta pushes. Making it opensource would be a great idea, that way we can have it improved with small fixes quicker, and larger fixes would not have to wait for releases. It would be greatly appreciated.
Just to add on, it should mount when it's moving around in the Meghara cavern. It's become pretty reliable to spot bots in that section, to the point I have to run that segment manually just to make sure I don't get votekicked once I get seen running around in little zigzags.
Is there a way to run dungeonbuddy and have my character essentially continue questing? I'd love to supplement questing exp with dungeon exp.
Have you seen the quest turn-in issue occur at different quest-givers and do you have a log of this occurring? The "checking for scripts update" issue has been fixed and is in the new HB release. Looking into this. Also I'm working on the other issues reported in Forgotten Depths lfr.
Dungeon stopped working My dungeonbuddy just stopped working all the sudden, it happened before a simply restart was enough to fix the issue but now I can't get it to work anymore.
