      Just signed up today. Got this error
      http://www.buddyforum.de/attachment.php?attachmentid=8080&d=1283361844

      Currently running the latest honorbuddy; Windows XP SP2

      Now, the whole wow folder was copied from an ubuntu partition but wow still works well.
      I researched others with the same error and have done the following already, to no avail;

      Added
      SET gxApi "direct3d" to the WTF file in WoW to turn off OPENGL. No effect.

      Deleted WoW cache folder. No effect

      Installed net 3.5, then used cleanup provided by tony, and reinstalled it. No effect.

      Various other solutions posted by other threads.

      Log file 1 of many.

      Thanks for the great support tony. For others with the same problem i just used a net framework cleanup tool to remove the old files, and fresh installed 3.1 SP1
