Let me start off by saying I already had a profile but somehow my password was 612 days old and I wasn't even using this less than 6 months ago and it tells me to reset my password but doesn't give me an option to and when I go to my settings it tells me I need to reset my password... Not sure what that's about. Anyways, just downloaded HB for WoW and since I've started to try using it about an hour and a half ago, I sit here staring at it while is says it's 'Initializing' and it eventually just freezes. I can't hit start the bot at any time, nothing works except when I want to look at the stock profiles, but guess what?? I can't even load them because this program stops working all the time. Oh yeah not to mention I haven't seen it complete whatever it does, it randomly loads Questhelper. Log In takes forever, not to mention becomes unresponsive. I see it trying to initialize my spells and then it goes to something else. I paid for something and I can't even use it, just wasting my time and money. I used the SWTOR one and it worked much better than this version and that was free and has zero support. All my friends use this and rave about this bot so I hope this is something that can be worked out.
