If HB would ever make support for PTR, we'd already have these profiles made. As it is, profile writers are now waiting for HB to update for Live for us to have the tools we need.
It really is a botter's paradise... kind of surprising that they would design it this way unless they have something on their end that will make bots easy to detect. I'm going to keep it to a few hours a day at the start just to be safe.
Once the bot is stable and up and running safely, I'll be working on this to add into the daily run. However, as it stands the isle is not very stable itself. On Medium population, the lag monster is still unraidable. Until things are more stable on Blizz's end too, I'm not in any rush to get this going.
